James H. Kemp

Mr. Kemp is an experienced trial attorney who has been practicing law in the Ada area since his graduation from law school in 1988.  He has been in private practice as a sole practioner at his current address since 1989, focusing his attention in the areas of Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Law and other civil matters.

In 1999 the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association awarded Mr. Kemp the Clarence Darrow Award as Oklahoma's outstanding trial attorney.  He has had numerous successful Jury Trial acquittals in cases ranging from DUI to First Degree Murder, and because of his reputation as a zealous trial court advocate, has been successful in negotiating acceptable plea bargains on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Kemp has represented thousand's of clients in both the civil and criminal areas of law.
